Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return
• Products purchased on sale or promotional offers are non-returnable
• Returns are only accepted in case of:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged product at the time of delivery

Customers must notify us within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging
• Claims without proof may not be accepted
• After verification, we may offer:

Replacement, or
Refund (where applicable)

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue
• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Products without original packaging
